专利摘要:
An oil-spill-combatting water craft is provided with at least one protruding boom (9) but most suitably one on each side of the craft, the booms directing surface water and oil present in it into a conduit (2) inside the craft (1), the inlet (8) and the outlet (7) of the conduit being located in the side of the craft. The purpose is to provide a simple, high-capacity arrangement in which the flow is, nevertheless, relatively calm also when the sea is rough. With this in mind, the conduit has been implemented as a circulation conduit the outlet of which is situated towards the bow from the inlet and in which the water flows automatically owing to the water-raising and water-guiding effect of the boom (9). The separating means for water and oil, fitted inside the conduit (2), is a rotating arrangement (4) which allows water to flow through and is, for example, made up of rows of bristles. In front of the outlet (7) of the conduit there is fitted a baffle (6) which extends obliquely outwards and backwards.

专利说明:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to equipment of a ship for dealing with spilled oil.
The purpose of the invention is to increase operational efficiency by ensuring smooth flow through the pipeline and recycling water.
Figure 1 shows the hull of a ship for
strong excitement pestilence The flow is further facilitated by flap 9. Rotating oil separator 6 separates and extracts oil, which is removed from the device continuously according to a known method. If oil is still present in the water at the point after the means 6,;
struggle with spilled oil, top view; you recycle this water after
figure 2 is the same, side view; Fig. 3 is one of the embodiments of the vessel, side view.
Ship dp of dealing with oil spill contains hull I symmetrically mounted on both sides of the ship flow pipe 2, which smoothly bends at the inlet 3 and at the outlet 4. The central sections 5 of the pipe 2 are expanded. Oil separation facilities 6 are installed in the extended area.
In order to facilitate the flow of water through the pipeline in arrow A, especially when the vessel moves medpa or is still standing, there are propellers 7 in the pipeline 2 (the direction of rotation of the screws 7 is indicated by arrow c) and, preferably, two-bladed. In the fixed position, the blades should be flush with the walls of the pipeline. Pipeline 2 also has a tightly mounted check valve 8, assembled, for example, from rotating blades.
In addition, the flow is guided by means of a controlled flap 9, r-shaped at the front edge of the one-way opening 4, with the flap 9 extending along the entire height of the outlet opening. The flap 9 is also used as a breakwater for water flowing into the inlet 3.,
The new obstacles 10, which collect the surface-water containing oil, are pulled out in a known manner diagonally forward and sideways and attached to the side of the vessel with the help of an arrow 11 and a cable 12 (Fig. 3).
When the vessel is moving forward, the bonded barrier 10 directs the oil-containing water to the inlet 3, and when the surface of the liquid rises, the flow in the direction of arrow A automatically starts. The deviation caused by the smooth bending of the pipeline helps to calm the flow

from the outlet 4.
Due to the expansion of the pipeline 2 in the region of the central sections 5, the flow of water through the pipeline further calms down and the recovery of oil is facilitated. Pipeline 2 may have a rectangular cross section and a height equal to the height of the holes 3 and 4. In addition, these holes may be made height-adjustable, and the oil separator 6 may be located in the pipe 2 obliquely.
Fig. 3 shows an example of how oil can be removed from a vessel. By means of pumps 13, the oil is pumped into a floating rubber tank 14, which can be disconnected and replaced.
It is important that the boom and the inlet are located at such a height that no unnecessary water is collected, but, on the other hand, that noteworthy quantities of oil do not leak under the boom.

Invention Formula
A vessel for dealing with spilled oil, containing a pipeline located inside the hull of the vessel, having an inlet and an outlet made in the vessel’s side, and an oil separator located throughout the entire width of the pipeline and providing essentially unobstructed flow through
water, as well as a flap for directing the flow, located in the area of the outlet orifice on the hull of the vessel and oriented from the side towards the stern, and at least
one boom, oriented from the side of the vessel to the side of its nose and fixed at one end on the hull adjacent to the inlet, characterized
so that, in order to increase efficiency by ensuring smooth flow through the pipeline and recirculating water, the outlet of the pipeline is located closer to the bow of the vessel than its inlet, and the pipeline itself is full of recirculation holes. ends and expanded in the area of location of the oil separating agent, and for works 9668
At low speeds, you are provided with a means of accelerating the flow in the form of two-bladed row screws placed on the opposite walls of the pipeline Suit 1 Metallic 0 and each other, and the axes of the rows 1 & X screws are installed in the planes of the corresponding pipeline thin walls with 10 possibility of propeller blades being located flush with the pipeline wall.
